Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with nbjaee

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nbjaee ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at nbjaee.net. These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the nbjaee platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional or bonus feature.

nbjaee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of nbjaee after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the matter may be escalated through appropriate legal channels.

1.1 Additional Policies

These Terms should be read together with the following additional policies, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and nbjaee:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the documents listed above, these Terms shall take precedence unless the conflicting document explicitly states otherwise.

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of nbjaee or any of its affiliated service providers.

2.1 Age Verification

nbjaee conducts age and identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") checks on all registered accounts. You may be required to provide government-issued photographic identification (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) at any point during your use of the platform.

Until verification is complete, nbjaee reserves the right to limit or suspend deposits, withdrawals, and access to certain features. If verification reveals that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method originally used where technically possible.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

nbjaee primarily serves players based in Bangladesh and other eligible South Asian markets including India. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the nbjaee platform is lawful in their country of residence and at their physical location at the time of play. nbjaee does not represent or warrant that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. 3.1 One Account Rule

Each individual player may hold only one active account on the nbjaee platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. If nbjaee detects or reasonably suspects that a player has opened or is operating more than one account, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. nbjaee will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to our support team and we have confirmed receipt.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process. Providing inaccurate information — including a false date of birth intended to circumvent the 18+ age requirement — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any funds held within it.

4.1 Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit at nbjaee is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though transaction limits imposed by your chosen payment provider may apply. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. nbjaee does not accept deposits from third parties. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from another player into your account, is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. nbjaee aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion status of your KYC verification.

nbjaee reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing a withdrawal. Where such checks are required, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated processing timeframe. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where a player has an open bonus with active wagering requirements, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

Your account currency is set at registration and cannot be changed after your first deposit. Bangladeshi players will transact in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). Indian players may transact in INR. Currency conversion may apply for games or promotions priced in a currency other than your account currency; the applicable conversion rate will be displayed at the point of transaction.

4.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Players must only deposit funds that they can genuinely afford to use for entertainment purposes. nbjaee strongly discourages borrowing money or using funds intended for essential expenses to fund gambling activity. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and free-spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each promotion are detailed on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds must typically be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

nbjaee strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once, using software or automated systems to exploit promotional structures, colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements at reduced risk, or engaging in any other behaviour that we determine, in our sole reasonable judgement, to constitute deliberate exploitation of a promotion.

Where bonus abuse is detected or reasonably suspected, nbjaee reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, to close the player's account, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Decisions made in relation to suspected bonus abuse are final.

5.3 Promotion Changes

nbjaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect bonuses already validly claimed and in the process of being wagered. We also reserve the right to exclude any individual player from a specific promotion at our discretion, for example where we have reason to believe the player does not meet the eligibility criteria.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

nbjaee regularly runs seasonal promotions timed around major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant occasions for our Bangladeshi player base. By placing a bet or participating in any game on the nbjaee platform, you acknowledge and accept the specific rules governing that bet or game. Game rules are published within each game environment. Sports betting rules — including rules governing void bets, match abandonment, result disputes, and in-play betting — are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement. nbjaee does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player. In exceptional circumstances (for example, where a bet is placed after an event has already concluded due to a system error), nbjaee reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds are set by nbjaee and may change up until the time a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager. nbjaee offers competitive odds on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — with all prices quoted in BDT terms.

6.3 RNG Games and Live Casino

All random-number-generator (RNG) based games offered on nbjaee — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — are independently tested for fairness and randomness. Live casino games are operated by reputable third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. 6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, nbjaee will investigate and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes. In addition to the specific prohibitions described elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nbjaee platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Using the platform while under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Providing false, forged, or fraudulent identification or other documentation during the KYC process.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of applicable financial crime laws.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any discovered vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with markets offered on nbjaee.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our customer support staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or restrictions applied to your account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of accessing nbjaee from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited.

You have the right to close your nbjaee account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process it within a reasonable timeframe. Any confirmed balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification checks and after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a temporary cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, prevent access to the account for the duration specified. 8.2 Termination by nbjaee

nbjaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (with prior notice and opportunity to withdraw any balance)
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body

Where an account is closed by nbjaee due to a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to withhold some or all of the remaining balance, subject to any obligations we may have under applicable law. We will provide written notice of the reason for closure where we are legally permitted to do so.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. nbjaee will contact you using the email address on file before applying any dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to keep their contact details up to date to avoid unintended account dormancy.
