Safe Play First

Responsible Gaming
at nbjaee

At nbjaee, we believe that gambling should always be a source of entertainment — never a source of stress, financial strain, or harm. This page outlines the tools, limits, and support channels we provide to help every player in Bangladesh and across South Asia stay in control of their experience at all times.

Our Commitment to Safe Play

18+

The nbjaee platform is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 years and above. Anyone under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering an account, placing bets, or participating in any game or promotion offered on this site.

nbjaee is operated with the firm belief that responsible gambling is not simply a legal checkbox — it is a core part of who we are as a platform and what we owe to every player who chooses to spend their time and money with us. Our goal is to provide a safe, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable gaming environment for adult players across Bangladesh, from Dhaka and Chittagong to Sylhet, Khulna, and Rajshahi.

Gambling, including casino games, cricket betting, BPL wagers, slots, and bingo, is a form of entertainment that carries an inherent financial risk. The vast majority of our players engage with the nbjaee platform recreationally and within their means. However, we recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. It is for those players — and for their families — that we have built a comprehensive responsible gaming framework.

Every feature described on this page is available free of charge to all registered nbjaee players. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with these tools and to use them proactively, before any problem arises, rather than waiting until gambling begins to cause harm.

Core Principle: Gambling should be fun. If it ever stops feeling fun — if it creates stress, financial pressure, conflict with family, or a compulsive urge to keep playing — that is a signal to stop, use our tools, or reach out for help. nbjaee will always support you in doing so without judgment.

🎯
Entertainment First

nbjaee is designed as a platform for adult entertainment. We actively discourage treating gambling as a source of income or a strategy to recover financial losses. Every session should be budgeted as a leisure activity.

⚖️
Fair and Transparent Games

All games available on nbjaee — from Pragmatic Play slots to Evolution Gaming live casino titles — use certified random number generators (RNG) and published return-to-player (RTP) rates, ensuring fair outcomes for every player.

🤝
Player-First Support

Our customer support team is trained to recognise signs of problem gambling. If a support agent identifies patterns of concern during an interaction, they are authorised to recommend responsible gaming tools and refer the player to external help organisations.

🔒
Account Security

Your nbjaee account is protected with encrypted login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect someone else is using your account — whether a family member or a third party — contact our support team immediately.

📊
Full Activity History

Registered players can review their complete betting history, deposit and withdrawal records, session durations, and bonus activity at any time from their account dashboard. Awareness of your own patterns is the first step toward staying in control.

📬
Responsible Promotions

nbjaee's promotional campaigns — including Eid bonuses, BPL cricket specials, and seasonal deposit offers — are designed with responsible gaming guardrails built in. We do not target players who have set deposit limits or who are currently in a cooling-off period with bonus marketing.

18+ Age Restriction Policy

Strict Policy: Access to the nbjaee platform — including browsing games, placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This policy is enforced without exception for all players in Bangladesh and across South Asia.

Upon registration, every new nbjaee player is required to confirm that they are aged 18 or above. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, all accounts are subject to identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Players who cannot demonstrate they are 18 or older will have their accounts suspended and any funds returned in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

We urge parents and guardians to be aware of their children's internet activity. If you share a device with a minor, please ensure that your nbjaee account is protected by a strong, unique password and that you log out of your account after every session. We also recommend enabling parental control software on shared devices to prevent underage access to gambling websites.

Age Verification Process

  • All players must confirm their date of birth at registration.
  • Before a first withdrawal is approved, players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — confirming they are aged 18 or above.
  • If there is any doubt about a player's age at any stage, nbjaee reserves the right to request additional verification and to suspend account activity until verification is complete.
  • Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all deposits will be refunded.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling does not develop overnight. It typically begins gradually, with small changes in behaviour and attitude that can be easy to overlook — especially when they happen to yourself. The checklist below highlights the most common warning signs. If several of these statements feel familiar, we strongly encourage you to use nbjaee's player protection tools or to seek independent support.

Behavioural Warning Signs
  • Spending more time or money on gambling than originally planned.
  • Chasing losses — continuing to gamble in an attempt to win back money you have already lost.
  • Lying to family members, friends, or colleagues about your gambling activity or the amount of money involved.
  • Neglecting work, studies, family responsibilities, or personal health because of gambling.
  • Borrowing money, selling possessions, or taking out loans specifically to fund gambling.
  • Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to reduce or stop gambling.
Emotional & Financial Warning Signs
  • Thinking about gambling constantly — even during work hours, meals, or conversations with family.
  • Gambling to escape negative emotions, stress, anxiety, or depression rather than for entertainment.
  • Feeling guilty, ashamed, or hopeless after a gambling session but returning to gamble again shortly after.
  • Significant unexplained financial strain — bills unpaid, savings depleted, unexpected debt.
  • Withdrawing from social activities, friendships, or family events to spend more time gambling.
  • Using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet balances intended for household expenses to fund gambling deposits.

You Are Not Alone: Problem gambling affects people from all walks of life — across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and every city in Bangladesh. Recognising the signs is not a sign of weakness; it is the first and most important step toward regaining control. nbjaee's support team and the tools on this page are here to help you.

Player Protection Tools

nbjaee provides a suite of player-controlled responsible gaming tools that can be activated directly from your account settings at any time. These tools are designed to give you meaningful, practical control over your gambling behaviour before a problem develops — not just as a last resort.

💰
Deposit Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the limit period resets. Increases to a limit take 7 days to take effect; reductions are immediate.

⏱️
Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration. When your time limit is reached, the platform will display a reminder and, if you choose, automatically log you out. This is particularly useful for evening and late-night play sessions.

❄️
Cooling-Off Period

Take a short break from gambling — for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, place bets, or access the game lobby. The break begins immediately upon activation.

🚫
Self-Exclusion

For a more serious intervention, self-exclusion closes your access to nbjaee for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During exclusion, marketing communications are also suspended.

📉
Loss Limits

Set a cap on the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once the loss threshold is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.

🎰
Wager Limits

Restrict the maximum stake you can place on a single bet or spin. This helps maintain control over the pace of play and prevents impulsive high-stake wagers during a single session.

🔕
Marketing Opt-Out

Opt out of promotional emails, bonus notifications, and special offer alerts at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. This reduces triggers that might otherwise encourage unplanned gambling sessions.

📋
Reality Check Alerts

Enable periodic on-screen reminders that display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered or won/lost during the current session. These prompts appear at intervals you choose — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes.

To activate any of the tools above, log in to your nbjaee account and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings. If you need assistance setting up any limit or restriction, our support team at [email protected] is available 24/7 on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) and will guide you through the process.

Self-Exclusion

Important: Self-exclusion is a serious, binding commitment. Once activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. nbjaee strongly recommends self-exclusion for any player who feels they have lost control of their gambling and needs a firm, enforced break.

Self-exclusion is the strongest responsible gaming tool available on the nbjaee platform. When you self-exclude, your account is suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit, place bets, or access the game lobby for the duration of the exclusion period you have selected. Any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method before the account is locked.

How to Self-Exclude

  1. Log in to your nbjaee account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion.
  3. Select your preferred exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion.
  4. Confirm your choice. The exclusion takes effect immediately.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email to your registered address. During the exclusion period, all marketing communications from nbjaee will also be suspended.

If you are unable to access your account settings or need immediate assistance, you can also request self-exclusion by contacting our support team directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Please include your registered username and your preferred exclusion duration. Our team will action the request within 24 hours and confirm by return email.

Permanent Self-Exclusion

If you choose permanent self-exclusion, your account will be closed indefinitely. nbjaee will retain your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal retention obligations, but the account will never be reopened. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances. We strongly encourage any player considering permanent exclusion to also explore external support resources listed in the Support & Help Resources section below.

After the Exclusion Period Ends

When a fixed-term self-exclusion period expires, your account will not automatically reactivate. You must contact our support team and complete a reinstatement process that includes a mandatory cooling-off review. We reserve the right to require evidence of professional support or counselling before reinstating an account following a self-exclusion of 12 months or longer. This process exists to protect your long-term wellbeing, not to create obstacles.

Deposit & Spending Limits

Setting a deposit limit is the single most effective day-to-day responsible gaming action a player can take. By placing an upper boundary on how much you transfer to your nbjaee account in a given period, you ensure that your gambling spending remains within a budget you have consciously pre-approved — rather than a figure determined by emotion in the heat of play.

How Deposit Limits Work on nbjaee

  • Daily limit: The maximum total amount you can deposit across all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard) in any single 24-hour calendar day.
  • Weekly limit: The maximum total deposit amount across a rolling 7-day period.
  • Monthly limit: The maximum total deposit amount across a rolling 30-day period.

All three limit types can be set simultaneously. When any single limit is reached, further deposit attempts will be declined automatically until the relevant period resets. You will receive an on-screen notification and an optional email alert when you approach 80% of any active limit.

Changing Your Deposit Limits

You may reduce your deposit limit at any time — the reduction takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period before the higher limit becomes active. This cooling-off window exists specifically to prevent impulsive decisions made during or immediately after a gambling session from undermining the financial protection the limit was designed to provide.

Practical Tip for Bangladesh Players: A useful starting point is to set your monthly deposit limit to no more than 5% of your monthly household income. For example, if your monthly income is ৳50,000, a responsible deposit ceiling might be ৳2,500 per month. Gambling should never compete with essential expenses such as rent, food, utilities, or school fees.

Support & Help Resources

If gambling has become a problem for you, or for someone you care about, please know that help is available and that seeking that help is a sign of strength. nbjaee's own support team is your first point of contact, but we also encourage players to access independent professional organisations that specialise in gambling addiction counselling and recovery.

nbjaee Support Team

Our trained support agents are available around the clock to help you activate responsible gaming tools, request self-exclusion, or simply talk through your concerns. We respond without judgment and with your wellbeing as our only priority.

Independent Support Organisations

For professional counselling, peer support groups, and specialist gambling addiction services, we recommend reaching out to internationally recognised organisations such as Gamblers Anonymous (www.gamblersanonymous.org) and GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk). These organisations provide free, confidential support and are accessible to players in Bangladesh via their online resources and helplines.

Note: The organisation names above are provided for informational purposes only. nbjaee has no commercial relationship with these bodies.

Talking to a Loved One

If you are concerned that a family member or friend in Dhaka, Chittagong, Mymensingh, or elsewhere in Bangladesh may have a gambling problem, approaching the subject with compassion rather than confrontation is key. Express your concern using "I" statements ("I've noticed you seem stressed after using your phone late at night"), listen without interrupting, and offer to help them access support rather than issuing ultimatums. The nbjaee support team can also provide guidance to concerned family members — please reach out to us at [email protected].

Protecting Minors

Preventing underage access to the nbjaee platform is a responsibility we share with parents, guardians, and the wider community. The following practical steps can help ensure that children and young people in your household do not inadvertently access gambling content.

  • Use strong, unique passwords for your nbjaee account and do not share them with anyone, including children or teenagers in your household.
  • Log out of your account after every session if you use a shared device, tablet, or family computer.
  • Enable parental control software on shared devices. Reputable tools include Google Family Link, Apple Screen Time, and third-party applications that can block gambling-related websites by category.
  • Keep your payment methods private. Do not allow children access to your bKash wallet, Nagad account, bank cards, or any payment method linked to your nbjaee account.
  • Talk openly with young people in your family about the risks of gambling and the legal age restriction. Age-appropriate conversations about money, risk, and online safety are a valuable protective factor.
  • Report suspected underage access immediately. If you have reason to believe a minor has registered an account or accessed the nbjaee platform, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and act promptly.

Note: nbjaee conducts random age verification checks on accounts and requires full KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Any account belonging to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all deposited funds returned.
